Hollister/A&F order cancelled for no reason
I placed an order at Hollister.com Feb 24Th. (My first order with their company!)
The order went through just fine... and I received the items about a week later.
Then 4 days later I placed an order at A&F kids and this time my order was cancelled.
I called to find out what happened and they said I would receive an email explaining why.
The email was a computer generated email saying:
"Janaina,
This order was canceled and we will not accept future orders from you. Abercrombie & Fitch is a private label brand and to protect our intellectual property rights, suspected resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited."
So tell me how can I be resaling when I only ordered 8 kid items!?? Does that make any sense?
So I called customer service again to try to find out it they really won't accept any future orders from me, and the lady told me that indeed I was banned from their site!
That any orders that will come from my address will be cancelled from now on!
This was my 2nd order with the company and now I feel like a criminal!!!
Location: Miami, Florida

Abercrombie and fitch is out of its mind. I ordered once and because it was all the same color (3 items) and sizes it sent a red flag and i'm not able to buy anything anymore from the website because they think i'm a reseller???
i don't get it, its because its my size and my favorite color duh!!!! i just went to american eagle and spent 200 at there store i don't care.
They just did the same with me, 2 orders and now I can't buy anymore.
Oh trust me they have no idea about reselling items. I remember that at the Ontario Mills Mall, the A&F Outlet was being raided by Mexicans who were buying clothing in large bulks in different sizes and colors; to resell in Mexico obviously because it was during December. Maybe they should pay attention to the actual stores.
